Really saves a ton of money on future bridgeplate replacements. Additional Comments: Great product, but it should be stressed that the Platemate is not to be used as a permanent repair for a damaged bridgeplate. It is for the preservation of a decent plate.

Like about the PlateMate: Installed on a 1965 Gibson j-45,1/3 increase in volume and a 100%improvement in clarity and tone.
