Shipping within the United States
We only ship using UPS and we do NOT ship outside of the US... NO EXCEPTIONS!
...we will NOT ship an order using USPS because they cannot provide a tracking #.
To make our products more affordable, shipping and handling charges are calculated by weight rather than price. This makes shipping on more expensive, smaller items (i.e. acoustic guitar parts, pickups, tortis picks, etc.) much more affordable than a "price based" shipping table. Your shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated during checkout. The rates you see are ACTUAL UPS shipping charges (we don't make anything on shipping, it all goes to UPS).
In most instances, UPS allows you to choose from many shipping options including Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Each service is priced accordingly.
You will always receive a tracking # via e-mail upon shipment of your order so you can track the progress of your package at all times. Please ensure your e-mail address is correct to receive your tracking #. Some e-mail services divert the UPS letter to the bulk mailbox, please check there first before calling for your tracking #.
Delivery to PO Boxes and APO addresses are unavailable, you must use your street address.
All guitars are shipped fully insured and include a "shockwatch" label to help deter rough handling.
How much is shipping?
To view your shipping fees prior to checkout, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your zip code in the box provided on the shopping cart page, click "estimate shipping" button, and your estimate will appear above the products in your cart.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed online by 3pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship the next business day. We know your order is very important to you, that's why we're committed to fast processing and shipping of your order.
Faxed and mailed orders have to go through our accounting department and may be delayed up to 7 business days. If paying by check or money order, please allow up to 7 business days for your check to clear before your order ships.
When will my order be delivered?
Many online retailers drop ship your order directly from the manufacturer which makes it hard to calculate your delivery date. At Maury's Music, Inc we stock everything right here in Coaldale, Pennsylvania and ship from here so you can easily estimate how long it will take for your order to arrive.

When calculating your arrival date don't count the day your order ships, start with the next day. For instance, if you live in Florida and order on a Monday before 3pm EST your order will arrive in 3 days on Thursday. If you order after 3pm EST your order will arrive on Friday because it won't ship until Tuesday.
UPS does NOT ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday so don't include those days in your calculation.
UPS Ground transit time is calculated from Maury's Music in Coaldale PA, 18218.
