Money Back Return Policy. Some dealers do not offer a return policy and all sales are final. If you're unhappy with the guitar, you can't get your money back. Other dealers accept returns in exchange for another instrument. Rather than treat you with exceptional customer service and expert knowledge of the product line in the hopes that you'll be a return customer, these stores force you to make your next purchase with them. At Maury's Music, we offer a 7 day return policy. If you're not happy with your guitar, you get your money back, less the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (this allows us to continue selling our guitars at our ROCK BOTTOM PRICES). Product Knowledge. You're purchasing an expensive acoustic guitar without playing it first, and that takes a great deal of trust. Make your choice wisely. At Maury's Music, we know the Martin product line better than anyone. Martin makes over 100 models and the big chain stores know very little about the numerous differences. Some of our competitors claim they used to play professionally before they became a Martin dealer. Maury currently plays professionally (usually 10 times a month) and he literally has his finger on the pulse of what's happening now. You played a gig last night and you have a question about some new gear. Chances are, Maury played last night too and he's already tried that preamp you're asking about.

Selection. Lots of online stores carry Martin guitars... and Taylor, and Fender, and pianos, and drums, and... well you get the idea. They might have 100 guitars on the wall, but only 50 of them are acoustics - and only a small portion of those are Martins. Many stores are trying so hard to offer a little something for everyone that they're selection of Martins is small or maybe worse - neglected. Service. Most online stores fall short when it comes to service. They simply ship your guitar in the same packaging it arrived in. They'll try to turn this around as a clever marketing ploy by touting "brand new in factory-sealed box." What this really amounts to is that they didn't take the time to check your guitar for imperfections, buzzes or damage. You don't know what your getting until its too late.
At Maury's Music, we drive to the Martin factory to pick up our guitars by hand. Maury personally inspects and tests every single one. If it doesn't meet our high standards, we get a replacement. When you buy your new Martin guitar from Maury's Music, he ensures that the setup is within Marin's specs, and if its not he adjusts it to their specs. He also offers a custom setup if you have specific setup needs. Some dealers claim they perform a custom set up before your guitar ships, but what does that mean? If they're not asking you questions about your playing style and setup preferences, how can they know which specs are best for you?
