Maury personally inspects and plays every guitar before it ships (click here for more details). Other stores simply receive the guitar from the manufacturer, slap on a new shipping label & it's out the door!
Maury offers many optional modifications to suit your personal playing style and needs. Upgrade to a Greven pickguard, install a pickup or strap button, upgrade your saddle and/or pins... whatever it takes to make sure your new guitar is just right for you. Custom set-ups are also available.

After your guitar is snug & secure, Maury's Music protects your package with a ShockWatch handling indicator.
We place this on the outside of the box to deter rough handling during shipment. In the event that your package is dropped too hard, the indicator turns red, and so does the carrier's face!
This doesn't always mean that the guitar is damaged, but we believe it adds incentive for safer handling all the way from our door to yours.

Most in-stock guitars will ship the same day if ordered before 3pm EST (unless otherwise noted) .
If we don't have your guitar in stock, we'll order it immediately upon receipt of your order. After receiving your guitar at Maury's Music it will be inspected, upgrades performed (if any were requested), and shipped; usually the same day we receive it. Please see individual guitar for availability.

All guitars (except custom orders and guitars that have been modified by a pickup, pickguard, strap button, etc) may be returned within 7 days from the time you receive the guitar (please see our return policy for more details). We want your new guitar to be right for you!
Your refund will include the full purchase price of the guitar minus any shipping, handling, and insurance fees incurred by Maury's Music and a 15% restocking fee. The guitar must be returned to us in the same condition you received it. All returned guitars must also be fully insured and in the same packaging it was shipped to you in. Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your guitar by Maury. Please give us a call first before returning your guitar so we know to expect it.
