I've had my HD-28V for about a month now and just can't put it down. I still love my Taylor 414, but it is starting to get cobwebs on it so I guess I'll have to play on it a bit.
The service at Maury's is impeccable - emails were answered outside of normal working hours and I got a great price at $2439. No options other than a setup for 60 bucks. It was in stock and shipped immediately. Upon arrival it played buttery smooth, great action.
My only complaint is UPS - I took the entire day off when it was due to arrive and it finally showed up at 8 PM. I was up until 2 AM playing it (yeah I know it was 30 degrees outside and I'm supposed to let it acclimate but I couldn't wait).
MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME WHEN IT'S DELIVERED. UPS just dumps it on the porch and rings the bell without waiting for an answer.
