These new Martin NAMMs just came out, and I was gassing instantly for the 17 series. A quick email to Maury and I have been playing this incredible guitar for over a week now. I love it!. Maury's price was amazing, turnaround was days (by the way some retailers are waiting till April and May), and Maury was a pleasure to do business with. I have enough hassles in the rest of my life that I love that it's just always easy when I go this route.

I echo your comments 100% on both the 000-17SM and Maury. The service and response time from Maury was outstanding. The price was as good as it gets. Shipping took less than 24 hours to the beaches in Delaware.

As for the Martin 000-17SM, what a deal. My main two guitars for the past several years are a Collings D1 and a custom Larrivee OM. I am not a big Martin fan although this is the 9th Martin I have owned in 25 years. This one is definitely a keeper. It is also the least expensive guitar I have bought in 20 years. It sits out on my stand ready to play all the time. It just seems to invite me to pick it up and play it.

I am replacing the tuners with Waverly tuners in the next few weeks. Waverly's are expensive, but they are the best. This 000-17SM deserves them.

I just purchased the 000-17SM but have not received it yet. I never thought I'd purchase a guitar without playing/handling it first, but this guitar is so beautiful and rare, i had to take the chance.

Anyway, great price and service from Maury's. Can't wait for it to get here.
