I knew I wanted a Martin retro. I knew I could get the best price from Maury. But, I was unsure which model to buy. Angelo discussed my needs in detail; he is both patient and knowledgeable. My problem is that although I'm a big guy with large hands that have no trouble with dreadnauts, my left hand has nerve problems that result in a dead pinky, and a semi-functioning ring finger. Angelo recommended the OM 28 E, and Maury adjusted the string height so that the resulting guitar was as playable for me as possible. I can't thank them enough. A side issue developed that they were great about also. The electronics were damaged during shipping. They were willing to handle this in ways from outright giving my money back, to offering to repair it at no cost whatsoever, to letting me bring to a local repair shop, which they offered to pay for. And they were genial through the whole process. What fantastic customer service! Anyway, the electronics were easily repaired. (The shipping damage was minor.) I love the guitar. The bottom line is to buy a guitar from anyone besides Maury is, IMHO, insane! I will never buy from anyone else, and I thank Maury and Angelo one more time. You guys are GREAT!!!
