Orchid Engineering Classic DI

A versatile DI Box intended for use in the Studio and on-stage.  When you need to connect your acoustic/electric guitar to a mixing console, the Orchid Classic DI is a robust, transparent choice. Other semi-pro DI boxes color your sound.  Orchid "takes the blanket off your tone" and lets you hear the guitar's full frequency range.  The classic DI shares the same basic construction as the legendary Orchid Muting DI, but has two inputs and NO mute footswitch. 

• Two inputs: normal and high level line (-20dB attenuated)
• Buffered low impedance output on a jack socket to feed backline amplifier or on stage monitoring
• Balanced XLR output at microphone level to feed the mixing console
• May be either battery or phantom powered - the 9v battery is housed in a drawer for easy access
• Red LED indicates when Phantom Power is present
• Active circuitry for superb performance
