NEW for 2024: You can order your guitar online and pick it up at Maury's Music, by appointment. This is a new program for us, and we reserve the right to modify it as need be. Sadly, we don't have the staff or the space to open the store to appointments in the traditional sense, but we're ready to experiment.
Weekdays we are accepting in-store appointments for online guitar orders. We ask that you purchase your guitar online first, and then make an appointment to come & pick it up. While you're here, we can spend up to 45 minutes with you and you're welcome to evaluate your new guitar and/or compare it to others in the store. You are allowed to change to another model or cancel altogether - without penalty. Sorry, our 14-day return policy does not apply to in-store purchases. If you're coming here to pick up your purchase, all sales final.
All in-store sales are subject to 6% PA sales tax. If our website didn't calculate your tax at the time of your online order, we'll need to capture those costs separately during your visit.
Sorry we can't be more accommodating, but our current business model to sell & ship has been sustaining us and we can't afford to disrupt what's working. This in-store pickup by appointment will help us ensure that the more serious customers have a much better chance at securing an appointment, without them losing out to those potential customers who are just interesting in browsing at this time.
