Martin 17 Series guitars are inspired by Depression Era instruments that were lightly constructed and light on the wallet. Made from all-solid tonewoods, lightweight scalloped bracing, and a thin and responsive satin finish of either super cool Black Smoke or wonderfully warm Whiskey Sunset, these 17 Series guitars are exceptionally expressive, with an open, old-timey tone, and now available in two different Depression Era body sizes, the 14-fret 000, and the newly introduced 14-fret slope shoulder dreadnought!
