UPDATE: We are in the process of switching over from FedEx to UPS for larger shipments. Effective July 25, 2025, all cases and some ukuleles may ship USPS or UPS. We are no longer shipping via FedEx - even if we haven't yet updated our product shipping choices to reflect that fact. Thank you for your patience while we make these changes site-wide.
At Maury's Music, Inc we're all about choices and saving you money. We realize that everyone has a different shipping need... some people want their order fast, some people aren't in a hurry, and some people are on a budget. That's why we give you options!
For your fraud protection, we cannot ship to an alternate address. Your order will ship to the verified billing address (or confirmed Paypal address). We apologize for any inconvenience.
To view your shipping & handling fee prior to checkout, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your zip code in the box provided on the shopping cart page, click the "estimate shipping" button, and your choices will appear below the products in your cart. Note: For your convenience, shipping & handling estimate occurs BEFORE you start the checkout process.
Shipping choices:
- USPS First Class mail (1-5 business days) & USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days) - not guaranteed.
- - APO & PO box addresses must choose USPS priority mail. Guitars, amps, and cases cannot be shipped to APO & PO Boxes.
- USPS priority mail is not available for heavy items such as guitars, cases and amps (must choose FedEx).
- FedEX Home Delivery shipping (1-6 business days) - see the map below for delivery times
- All heavy items such as guitars, cases, amps, & some stands will ship FedEx.
- Store Pickup is no longer offered.
No matter which shipping option you choose we will always make sure you receive delivery confirmation # (USPS) or tracking # (FedEx) via e-mail once your order has shipped. Please ensure your e-mail address is correct when placing your order and please check your bulk/spam mailboxes first before calling us for your tracking #.
Maury's Music, Inc is NOT responsible for packages once delivery confirmation is received. Please choose a safe delivery location. Orders MUST be sent to the cardholder's verified billing address. At this time we cannot ship orders to an alternate address. Sorry, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
