Likes: I have a D18V with original plastic pins and I'm very pleased with my investment in sound. I think the high end of the guitar has more clarity and ring. It already had volume so I'm going to say I notice maybe a little more volume too.
Dislikes: I ordered the proper size but you have to actually shape them a slight bit to fit the holes of probably any guitar.

Likes: I replaced the ebony pins that came in my Taylor 316ce, based on reviews, and WOW they did not disappoint. My guitar is now louder, more crisp and the sustain is even better. In addition, the sizing chart provided pins that fit my Taylor PERFECTLY. These pins took an already high end, solid wood guitar and made it noticeably better.
Dislikes: Expensive.
Additional Comments: These are expensive, for sure, but the tonal improvement justify the cost...extremely recommend these bridge pins!

Liked about the Buffalo Horn Bridge Pins: These pins made a noticable improvement in the overall sound of my D-18V. Gave it more clarity, better mids, and a little more volume. Big improvement over plastic.
