I've been a Martin enthusiast for as long as I can remember, but it was Christmas of 1998 when I really got hooked. My wife Lori surprised me with my own OM-28VR (back then they still included the R in the model number). It's been signed by Chris Martin IV and Jackson Browne. Over the years I've experimented with dozens of pickups, bridge pins & saddles. I had the bridge replaced with a belly bridge so that I can use short drop-in saddles. It's currently wearing a bone nut & saddle, fossilized ivory pins and a Fishman Ellipse Aura pickup system. When I'm not playing fingerstyle I spend my time chewing away the soundhole with a very heavy right hand, as you can see. She's broken in and carries alot of "character". I recorded my entire 2nd CD exclusively with this guitar, and I still play most of my gigs with it.
