All orders placed online before 3pm EST (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day! Orders placed after 3pm will ship the next business day.

To ensure order accuracy, we do NOT take orders over the phone. We're happy to answer all of your questions by phone or e-mail before ordering. To ensure your order is processed accurately and in a timely manner we ask that you submit your order through our secure website. Out of Stock Items
While we work very hard to keep our on-line inventory levels accurate, an item may occasionally slip by us. If this occurs, you will be notified by phone or e-mail immediately about our out of stock situation and we will honor the request you select during checkout. Your back-orders will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Please note: If an item is out of stock, the quantity in your shopping cart will be "0" and you will be unable to order that item. The only exception is for guitars... please refer to the specific guitar for our current availability.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
If your billing and shipping address is NOT in Pennsylvania, you will NOT have to pay sales tax.
All orders picked up at our retail store will be charged 6% PA sales tax regardless of where you live... Yes, this means if you live in New York, New Jersey, or any other state and pick your order up at our retail store you will be charged 6% PA sales tax (sorry, but it's the law).
All orders that have a Pennsylvania billing and/or shipping address will incur a 6% PA sale tax regardless of whether you have your order shipped or picked up.
