Although we make every effort to process your return immediately upon receipt, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
For faster processing of your return, please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for your return, and how you would like us to handle your refund (i.e. product exchange, refund credit card, store credit, etc).
Upon inspection of your return, you will receive a refund of the full product value minus any fees listed below. The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs to & from Maury's Music.
It is the customer's responsibility to safely ship all returns to Maury's Music in "as sold" condition. Maury's Music is not responsible for returns that get "lost in the mail". We highly recommend shipping all small items such as bridge pins, end pins, guitar picks, etc in a box , NOT an envelope. It has been our experience that holes have developed in envelopes when shipped via USPS and the products have been lost by the time they get to us.
Free shipping is only for items you buy and keep. The outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on an item that shipped for free and is returned.

Guitars
All guitars (except custom orders and guitars which have been modified from their original production model specs by a pickup, pickguard, or strap button) may be returned within 7 days from the time you receive the guitar. Saddle and bridge pin upgrades will not void your return option (these changes can be easily undone).
Martin Guitars & Used Guitars: You will receive the full purchase price of the guitar minus any shipping, handling, and insurance fees incurred by Maury's Music (to and from the customer) and a 15% restocking fee (this allows us to continue selling our guitars at such a low price).
Martin Guitars that have been cancelled before they're shipped: Will incur a 15% restocking fee because we cannot cancel the order with Martin after it has been placed. This fee will allow us to continue selling our guitars at our ROCK BOTTOMPRICES. Please be sure you are ready to purchase the guitar before you place your order.
Blueridge Guitars: You will receive the full purchase price of the guitar minus any shipping, handling, and insurance fees incurred by Maury's Music (to and from the customer). There is NO restocking fee.
Your guitar refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the guitar by Maury. All returned guitars must be shipped UPS insured for their full replacement value and packaged the same way you received it.We will not accept a guitar delivered via FedEx or USPS. Please give us a call first before returning it so we know it's coming. Thank you.
Accessories
All accessories may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (see exceptions, non-returnable items below). Accessories must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging and in the same condition they left our store to receive a full refund. Any product returned without original packaging or if the packaging has been torn or altered from its original state will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT returnable unless defective:
Clearance items
Greven pickguards
Books, opened CD's, DVD's, Software
Opened or used sets of strings
Pickups that have been installed or altered from original condition
Guitars that have been altered from their original condition (i.e. after market pickup added, Greven pickguard added, strap button added, etc at the customer's request)
Custom order Guitars, Martin D-45 Celtic Knot, Martin D-50 Koa Deluxe, & Martin D-100
Any item that shows sign of wear and/or any item not returned in it's original packaging
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. If you should need to cancel your order, your deposit amount may be used for store credit up to 90 days after the deposit was made (except custom guitars). After 90 days your deposit amount will be lost.
All custom guitars require a 1/2 down non-refundable, and do not qualify for store credit. Please make sure your custom guitar quote is EXACTLY what you want before signing it and returning it to us. Once it's ordered, we cannot cancel or change it.
